Position: Customer Service Officer Salary: From 3,000 USD per month. (plus 3% commission bonus)
The position of Customer Service Officer requires good knowledge of the computer and internet. Have some knowledge of English. Work is home-based. There are prospects for future career growth. Your job will be to deal with customer queries and assist other departments with regard to bank transfers, checks and money orders. You should have home, work or cell phone number (preferably). Requirements to Customer Service Officer:
• Reception and daily accomplishment of instructions from office coordinator. In order to do that, it is necessary to check e-mail several times a day and to answer phone calls during the agreed time. It is possible to work through web-based control panel on our website.
• You should maintain an account (maybe more than one) in banks for acceptance of money from our clients and open your personal bank accounts on office operator's demand for the needs of our company.
• We offer competitive salary, commission, and expense reimbursement. Approximate number of transactions per week depends on your skills and ability to learn.
